• Service providers: trusted third parties that help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security (including child safety / CSAE reports)
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law

3. Data Storage & Security

8. Children’s Privacy
   TLV – The Live Vote is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@developerbox.cloud and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Child Safety Standards (CSAE / CSAM)
   TLV – The Live Vote, operated by DeveloperBox Innovations, maintains published Child Safety Standards and has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

We explicitly prohibit any content, communication, solicitation, or activity that involves the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of minors. This includes, without limitation:

• Uploading, sharing, requesting, creating, or distributing CSAM
• Grooming, exploitation, or sexualization of minors
• Any attempt to use TLV – The Live Vote to engage in, promote, or facilitate CSAE

Users who violate these standards will have violating content removed and their accounts permanently banned. Where required by applicable law, we may report such activity to law enforcement and/or relevant child protection authorities.

9.2 How to report
You may report suspected CSAE/CSAM or related child safety concerns by:

• Using in-app Report, Block, or feedback features where available; and/or
• Emailing the child safety contact above with relevant details (username, content link/description, screenshots if available)

9.3 How we address CSAM / CSAE reports
When we receive a child safety report, we will:

• Review the report promptly
• Remove violating material when confirmed
• Restrict or permanently ban responsible account(s)
• Preserve records as required for legal compliance
• Report to law enforcement or relevant authorities when legally required or appropriate

These Child Safety Standards apply to TLV – The Live Vote and are publicly available on this page for global access.

10. Third-Party Services
    The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

If we use third-party tools (such as authentication, analytics, or media hosting), they process data according to their own policies and our agreements with them.

11. International Users
    Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to facilities located outside your country, where data protection laws may differ.
